The origin

We are the M&A and structured credit arm of Grupo Evolua. The consultancy we came from has worked with more than 450 companies, across 45 industries and 10 states — long enough to see that a business owner’s hardest decision is rarely an operational one. It is whether to sell, to buy, or to raise capital. Evolua Capital was built for that table.

The founding partners have more than two decades in the market. The work is to read what the numbers say, point out the risk nobody wants to see, and run the negotiation through to signing.
